Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

All products are shipped in a maximum period of 10 days, unless a product is made to order.



As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. For cancellations, before dispatch of orders, please reach out to us at

  • For paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For COD orders, your payment will be refunded within 7-21 working days.

  • Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • If the product has some fault and needs to be returned, please contact us via email/phone within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can write to us at and state the reason for your return. Please mention your order number in this email as well.

  • Items marked down on sale cannot be returned.

  • Custom Made/Commissioned items cannot be returned. In the case of damaged/defective items, the products will either be repaired or replaced. We do not offer refunds on custom orders.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser. (Unless the order received is defective)

  • If an order is to be cancelled after shipment, the individual return policy of the shipping company applies. A return fee is charged by the shipping company in most cases.
