Refund policy

As a policy, we do not offer refunds or returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. 

• If the product has some fault and needs to be returned, please contact us via email/phone within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can write to us at contact@purefindstudio.com and state the reason for your return. Please mention your order number in this email as well.

• For paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account. The money will reflect on your card or in your bank account within 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised. For COD orders, your payment will be refunded within 7-21 working days.
