Every piece is genuinely handmade by our artisans, and the exact materials are listed in "The details" on each product page — fine porcelain, cotton, linen, raw silk, cotton velvet or hand-woven bamboo, depending on the item. Our dinnerware is fine, bone-ash-free porcelain, and its patterns are hand screen printed; our fabrics are variously hand block-printed, hand screen-printed, hand-painted, hand-embroidered or hand-quilted, as noted on each listing.

We try our best to match each product's colour to its photos. That said, minor colour variations can appear from one device or screen to another, so the exact shade you see may differ slightly from the piece you receive.

Care depends on the material and is listed on every product page. As a guide: silk, velvet, embroidered and quilted-satin pieces are dry clean only; printed cottons and linens take a gentle handwash in mild detergent (do not scrub, dry in shade); porcelain should be washed in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners. Following the care note on your item keeps colours vivid and fabric soft for years.

Most of our cushion and pillow covers are sold as covers only, with a concealed zip so you can add your own insert — this is always stated in "The details". A few sets (for example some of our silk cushion pairs) do include fillers; where that is the case, the listing says so clearly.

Many of our ranges coordinate — dinnerware, table linens, cushions and quilts are designed to be mixed into a complete look. Orders are dispatched from our studio in India within 1 to 3 days, and you will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships. As some pieces are handmade to order, please allow a little extra time for those during busy and festive periods. If you need something by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items delivered in perfect condition as ordered. If a product arrives wrongly delivered, damaged, or with a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@purefindstudio (or WhatsApp 8319911600) with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement, with return shipping paid by us. Please note that natural, handmade variations are not considered defects, and sale, custom or commissioned items cannot be returned. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
